Terms and Conditions
We do our best to make sure the colors printed match what you see on your screen. However, printing has it's limitations in it's color range and may not always appear the same after printing. We can not guarantee a 100% color match. Some jobs may vary slightly in color from print to print. If there is a certain color you are trying to achieve, reach out to us so we can do our best to match it (additional charges may apply).
Your files will be printed at a max width of about 53" in most cases. We will tile your artwork for you if it exceeds the max print width (additional charges may apply, we will notify you if your artwork will not work). We will tile your artwork with 1" or 1/2" seams. To ensure you get your seams to lay where you want, we recommend sending the files pre-tiled. For Vinyl / Wrap prints, add bleed and always print a little more than you need, we recommend about 3" of bleed on all sides to ensure you have enough coverage. We are not responsible if your measurements and artwork is not to the correct size specified.
Our Contour Cut files have a maximum printable width of 51″. We can tile files that are larger, or you can tile it prior to upload.
Once you receive your products, you must inspect the contents within 48 hours and note any damage done during shipping or if something is not correct. Any claims made after 48 hours of receiving your products are your responsibility to make with the shipping company.
Since most of our products are custom produced to order per your specifications, we reserve the right to not accept returns or issue refunds.
Make sure your artwork is correct prior to giving it to us for print. It is not our responsibility to proof-read or correct your mistakes. Check your sizing, layout, spelling, and color. If you order artwork from us you will receive a proof. It is up to you to check spelling, color, and the layout of that proof. Once printed the sale is final. Any deposits taken for artwork are non-refundable.
Any vector files produced for printing are the property of Flores Custom Design. Design work can sometimes take longer than planned, if this is the case, you may be subject to additional charges. If a deposit is taken for design work, that deposit is non-refundable because that means we are beginning the artwork for your project.
Please note standard shipping times may be slower during the COVID-19 Pandemic and the holiday season. Plan accordingly for possible increased shipping times. We do not guarantee shipping times. Once the package ships, it is out of our control.
