Shipping policy
Once your order has shipped, the package is not longer our responsibility. Contact the shipping company and provide any tracking numbers or details they need to manage your shipment. We can provide you with any info we have as far as tracking codes or shipment details if you cannot find them. We will not contact the shipping company on your behalf, that is up to you, the recipient. We do our best to package our products to protect them during shipping, but are not responsible for any damages after they leave our facility.
